Father Son Fishing Trip Registration Form  

All Maria Regina boys and their father or another important man in their life (stepdad, grandpa, godfather, uncle, etc.) are invited to attend our Annual Father Son Fishing Trip.
please feel free to bring more than one important man in your son's life, the more the merrier
Date: Saturday, June 6th
Time: 8:30am - 12:30pm (fishing vessel will leave promptly at 8:30am & cannot wait for late arrivals. All attendees are asked to arrive by 8:00am to allow ample time to park and check-in prior to the charter's 8:30am departure time). 
Location: Captree Boat Basin
Registration Deadline: Friday, May 29th
Please note the fishing trip will take place rain or shine, no refunds
Includes: fishing poles, bait, fishing charter, snacks, and drinks
